Shipping information

We ship your order climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen , usually within 2-3 working days.

  • For purchases up to €14.99 : Shipping costs €6.50

  • For purchases over €15.00 : Shipping costs €5.90

For deliveries to other EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €16.00 .

Bulky furniture is excluded from standard shipping costs. The cost is a flat rate of EUR 49 for deliveries to Germany and Austria.
The delivery times stated for the products are guidelines; delays may occur.

Return: It's a shame that If you don't like the item, we pay close attention to quality and design when selecting our products. However, it can happen that a product doesn't meet your expectations. Within 14 days of receiving the goods, you can send us an email regarding the return to: kundenservice@tamitami-kids.de . We will then contact you promptly and provide you with all the necessary information on the procedure. From the day you inform us of the return, the items must be sent back to us within two weeks. After the 15th day, we can no longer accept the return and will send the package back to you at your expense.
We take great care and attention to detail when shipping your goods. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you would also pack the items carefully and, if possible, return them to us unused and in their original packaging. Hygiene items must not have been opened; otherwise, we unfortunately cannot accept their return. Furniture must not have been assembled.
Please also include information about the original order number. Please also make sure not to remove the labels from the items. to remove.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Returns are not only very expensive but also environmentally damaging. If you are unsure about anything regarding functionality, color, size, etc., when placing an order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to answer your questions as quickly as possible to avoid any misunderstandings.
We do not cover the costs of returns from abroad. Return shipping costs for bulky items and goods delivered by freight carrier are also not covered and must be borne entirely by the customer. Once we have received your return and inspected the products, we will refund the amount within 14 days via your original payment method.
