Free shipping for purchases over 49 euros.

Shipping: Shipping is climate-neutral via DHL (GoGreen) within 2-3 working days. The costs are a flat rate of €4.90, and shipping is free for purchases over €49. For international shipping, but within the EU, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €14, and these are also waived for orders over €150.

Bulky furniture is excluded from the standard shipping costs. The costs are a flat rate of EUR 49 for deliveries to Germany and Austria.
The delivery times indicated for the products are guidelines; delays may occur.

Return: It's a shame that You don't like the item. We pay a lot of attention to quality and design when selecting our range, but it can of course happen that a product does not meet your expectations. Within 14 days of receiving the goods, you can send us an email to return the item to: kundenservice@tamitami-kids.de . We will then contact you promptly and give you all the necessary information on how to proceed. From the day on which you notify us of the return, the items must be returned to us within 2 weeks. From the 15th day onwards, we can no longer accept the return and will send the package back to you at your expense.
We put a lot of effort into shipping the goods and pay attention to detail. We would therefore be pleased if you would also pack the items carefully and, if possible, send them back to us unused and in their original packaging. Hygiene items must not have been unpacked, otherwise we cannot take them back. Furniture must not have been assembled.
Please also include information about the original order number. Please also make sure that the labels of the items are not to remove.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns are not only very expensive financially, but also harmful to the environment. If you are unsure about the functionality, color, size, etc. of an order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to answer your questions as quickly as possible to avoid any confusion.
If the order value of your order falls below €49 due to a return, we will charge the original shipping costs of €4.90. We do not cover the costs of returns from abroad. The costs of returning bulky goods and freight forwarding goods are also not covered and must be borne in full by the customer. In these cases, please send your return to: TAMITAMI Kids, Wendlohstr. 154a in 22459 Hamburg. As soon as we receive your return and have checked the products, we will refund the amount within 14 days using your original payment method.
